Bachelor (Honours) Nutrition and Dietetics

Ms. Shu Ying is a well-presented, self motivated and confident dietitian with experience in assessing clients’ nutritional needs, then developing and implementing nutrition programs for them. She possesses the ability to communicate complex science of nutrition and dietetic in an understandable form to clients.
Ms. Shu Ying was intensively trained in clinical dietetics, institutional food service management, and community dietetics. She completed her dietetic residency at various settings in Malaysia including Penang Government Hospital, National Heart Institute, and Tuanku Jaafar Hospital. She is also a member of the Malaysian Dietitians’ Association. Starting out in a specialty food retailing company providing healthy weight management system, she has further polished her skills in dietary consultancy and able to help people to manage weight through eating and but not dieting.
