Chef Lim has been in the F&B industry for over 20 years and is trained in the Classic Culinary Arts with a certification in Sport Nutrition and Vegan cuisine.Over the recent last 10 years, Chef Lim has chosen to focus his career in the Wellness Industry. He worked for hospitals like Mount Elizabeth Hospital Ltd and Jurong Health Hospital. He was the section head and worked hand-in hand with the hospital’s dietician to plan the menu for patients with special diet requirements. He is well versed and experienced in the wellness industry and is recognized to be a “Hands-on” chef with an unwavering commitment to quality and good food.
His background represents a cutting-edge sensibility with an impressive resume. He has worked in high profile restaurants, like Fountainebleau – The French Kitchen, 8 on the bay – A Mediterranean cuisine kitchen. He has won a gold medal in plate dishes under the Individual Challenge during FHA 2004 Culinary Challenge and completed his Advanced Diploma in Culinary Management BHMS in year 2014.
